This program is available to young men and women as they begin to transition out of the care of CPS.
MERGE endeavors to help improve the quality of life of young adults by empowering them with the
attitudes, knowledge, skills, and practices to live independently and be successful in society. Helping
young people discover their potential. This program is available to young men and women at least
16 years of age who meet the acceptance criteria and are willing to work to reach the goals
set before them.
